摘要
大学文化建设在于构建适合和促进当代青年成才成长的文化环境,优化文化结构,培育人文气质,激发文化自觉,实现文化认同。其终极目的是借助文化手段塑造意识形态,实现政治认同,提升青年群体对党和国家的政治认同度。该文针对大学文化建设的重要性,以北京信息科技大学为例,阐述大学文化建设的路径,并且通过对该校(包括新校区)文化建设实践中路径选择的分析,总结大学文化建设方面的经验,展现该校在践行文化建设以及文化育人方面的探索。
The construction of university culture lies in the construction of a cultural environment suitable for and promoting the growth of contemporary youth,the optimization of cultural structure,the cultivation of humanistic temperament,the stimulation of cultural consciousness and the realization of cultural identity.Its ultimate goal is to shape ideology with the help of cultural means,realize political identity,and enhance the political identity of youth groups to the party and the country.In view of the importance of university culture construction,taking Beijing University of information technology as an example,this paper expounds the path of university culture construction,and summarizes the experience of university culture construction by analyzing the path selection in the cultural construction practice of our University(including the new campus),so as to show our exploration in the practice of cultural construction and cultural education.
