摘要
高校专业教师担任兼职班主任可以发挥自身专业知识背景的优势,在课堂教学之外,通过班主任工作促进学生职业发展规划能力的提升。通过多种途径提高学生对专业领域发展前沿的了解、增加学生对经济社会发展需求专业人才情况的认识、解决学生创新创业中的具体问题、指导学生做好实习与就业单位与岗位的选择,可以有效提升学生职业发展规划能力,实现立德树人目的。积极探索高校专业教师作为兼职班主任参与高校“三全育人”的过程,具有重要的现实意义。
Specialized teachers in colleges and universities can take advantage of their own professional knowledge and background and promote the improvement of students'career development planning ability,through their work of class advisers in addition to classroom teaching.By improving students'understanding of the frontiers of professional development,increasing students'awareness of the needs of professional talents for economic and social development,solving specific problems in students'innovation and entrepreneurship,and guiding students in the selection of internships and employment positions,the students'professional development planning ability can be enhance ineffectively,and at the same time to realize the purpose of‘foster virtue through education’.It is of great practical significance to explore the participation of specialized teachers in colleges and universities as class advisers in the process of all round education.
