摘要
高校教师心理健康素质是其综合素质的重要组成部分。良好的心理健康素质是高校教师教书育人、科学研究的重要保障,也是发挥自身优势、促进职业发展的必备条件,更是增强教师幸福感、稳定高校教师队伍、提升高校人才培养质量的有力抓手。该文梳理了高校教师心理健康素质现状,探讨影响高校教师心理健康素质的因素,以此为基础,从教师、学校和社会多重角度入手,探讨提升高校教师心理健康素质的有效途径,以提升高校教育教学质量,促进高等教育持续稳定发展。
The mental health quality of university teachers is an important part of their comprehensive quality.Good mental health quality is an important guarantee for university teachers to teach and educate people and scientific research. It is also a necessary condition to give full play to their own advantages and promote professional development. It is also a powerful grasp to enhance teachers’ happiness, stabilize the teaching staff and improve the quality of talent cultivation in Colleges and universities. This paper combs the status quo of College Teachers’ mental health quality, and discusses the factors influencing the mental health quality of university teachers. Based on this, this paper discusses the effective ways to improve the mental health quality of university teachers from the perspectives of teachers,schools and society, so as to improve the quality of College education and teaching and promote the sustainable and stable development of higher education.
