摘要
钻孔灌注桩因其施工工艺的特点,常采用泥浆用作护壁、平衡地层压力、冷却钻头、清孔。随着国家对环保要求的日益提高,废弃泥浆也成为项目安全文明施工的难点,采用常规的槽罐车外运,不仅项目场地文明施工未得到改善,且加大了施工成本。通过项目桩基泥浆特点的分析,即泥浆具有粘土颗粒细、稠度大的特点,通过对废泥浆添加固化剂,再经固化设备脱水处理,形成泥饼后外运等问题进行了探索,给予一些处理意见。
Due to the characteristics of construction technology,bored cast-in-place piles often use mud as wall protection,balance formation pressure,cooling drill bit and hole clearing.With the increasing environmental protection requirements of the country,waste slurry has become a difficulty in safe and civilized construction of the project.Conventional methods for transporting slurry by tank truck have not only failed to improve the civilized construction of project site,but also increased the construction cost.In this paper,the characteristics of pile foundation mud are analyzed as follows:fine grains and high consistency of mud clay.In this paper,the problems such as adding curing agent to waste mud,dewatering treatment by curing equipment,forming mud cakes and transporting them abroad are explored and some treatment opinions are given.
