脱硫石膏对紫花苜蓿生长发育及饲用品质的影响

摘要 【目的】探究施用不同质量比混合的营养土与脱硫石膏对紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa Linn.)的生长发育及饲用品质的影响,为提高工业废弃物脱硫石膏的利用率、提高紫花苜蓿的产量、改善紫花苜蓿的饲用品质提供理论依据。【方法】以全营养土为对照组,以9∶1、8∶2、7∶3、6∶4、5∶5、4∶6(质量比)混合的营养土与脱硫石膏为试验组,分别种植紫花苜蓿,测定对照组和试验组紫花苜蓿的平均株高及鲜重,Ca、Fe、Zn、K、S元素含量,以及氨基酸、糖类化合物的含量,并进行统计学分析。【结果】与对照组相比:①试验组紫花苜蓿平均株高及鲜重均有显著(P<0.05)或者极显著(P<0.01)提高;②试验组紫花苜蓿的Ca、Fe、Zn、K、S元素含量均有显著(P<0.05)或者极显著(P<0.01)积累;③试验组紫花苜蓿的氨基酸、糖类化合物含量均有显著(P<0.05)或者极显著(P<0.01)增加。【结论】施加脱硫石膏能够促进紫花苜蓿的生长发育,改善紫花苜蓿的饲用品质,在苜蓿种植中施加6∶4的营养土与脱硫石膏,可以最大限度地利用工业废弃物脱硫石膏以及促进农牧业生产。 [Objective]To investigate the effects of different mass ratios of nutrient soil and desulfurized gypsum on the growth and feeding quality of Medicago sativa Linn.,and to provide theoretical basis for improving the utilization rate of industrial waste desulfurized gypsum,the yield and the feeding quality of Medicago sativa Linn..[Method]The control group was the full nutrient soil,the nutrient soil and desulfurization gypsum mixed in the ratios of 9∶1,8∶2,7∶3,6∶4,5∶5,4∶6 were used as the experimental group.The average plant height and fresh weight,Ca,Fe,Zn,K and S content,amino acid and carbohydrate content of Medicago sativa Linn.in the control group and experimental group were measured,and the statistical analysis was performed.[Results]Compared with the control group:(1)The average plant height and fresh weight of Medicago sativa in the experimental group increased significantly(P<0.05)or extremely significantly(P<0.01);(2)The contents of Ca,Fe,Zn,K and S in Medicago sativa in the experimental group accumulated significantly(P<0.05)or extremely significantly(P<0.01);(3)The contents of amino acids and carbohydrates in Medicago sativa Linn.in the experimental group were significantly increased significantly(P<0.05)or extremely significantly(P<0.01).[Conclusion]Application of desulphurization gypsum can promote the growth and development of Medicago sativa Linn.,improve the feeding quality of Medicago sativa Linn..Applying 6∶4 ratio of nutrient soil and desulphurization gypsum in Medicago sativa Linn.planting can maximize the utilization of industrial waste desulphurization gypsum and promote Agricultural and animal husbandry production.
