公共建筑能耗限额管理助力建筑领域碳达峰

摘要 本文基于珠三角典型城市330栋商场和宾馆饭店类公共建筑2019年能耗数据和碳排放情况,分析不同类型公共建筑能耗指标和碳排放指标,对标能耗限额标准,预测节能量和减碳量,提出公共建筑能耗限额管理是建筑领域碳达峰工作的有效途径。 Based on the data of energy consumption and carbon emission of 330 public buildings in shopping malls,hotels and restaurants in typical cities of the Pearl River Delta region in 2019,this paper analyzes the energy consumption and carbon emission indexes of different types of public buildings,benchmarks the energy consumption quota standard,predicts the energy saving and carbon reduction,and puts forward that the energy consumption quota management of public buildings is an effective way to reach the Carbon Peaking in the construction field.
