冠心病痰浊证病人代谢组学通路分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析冠心病痰浊证病人代谢产物及代谢通路。方法检索PubMed、EMbase、Web of Science、中国生物医学文献数据库(SinoMed)、中国知网、万方、维普数据库自建库至2021年11月1日收录的冠心病痰浊证病人血浆代谢组学研究并进行整理分析,汇总代谢产物。使用人类代谢组数据库对潜在诊断标志物进行匹配、注释,京都基因和基因组百科全书(KEGG)分析信号通路,MetPA网络软件对代谢通路进行可视化分析。结果共纳入5篇文献,获得69个代谢产物、45条代谢通路,通过拓扑分析筛选出24条(P<0.05)代谢通路作为冠心病痰浊证的代谢通路,前5条分别是:氨酰-tRNA生物合成,不饱和脂肪酸的生物合成,嘌呤代谢,缬氨酸,亮氨酸和异亮氨酸的生物合成,缬氨酸、亮氨酸和异亮氨酸降解。结论冠心病痰浊证可能存在69个代谢产物,代谢通路涉及氨基酸代谢、三羧酸循环、糖酵解/糖异生等途径。 Objective To analysis of metabolites and metabolic pathways of coronary heart disease in patients with phlegm turbidity syndrome.Methods PubMed,EMbase,the Web of Science,SinoMed,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),WanFang Databases,and VIP databases from the establishment of the database to November 1,2021 plasma metabolomics studies of coronary heart disease patients with phlegm turbidity syndrome were searched.HMDB was used to match and annotate potential diagnostic markers,Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)was used to analyze signal pathways,and MetPA network software was used to visualize metabolic pathways.Results A total of 5 literatures were included,and 69 metabolites and 45 metabolic pathways were obtained.Through topological analysis,24 metabolic pathways(P<0.05)were selected as the metabolic pathways of phlegm turbidity syndrome of coronary heart disease.The first 5 metabolic pathways were:aminoacyl-trna biosynthesis,unsaturated fatty acid biosynthesis,purine metabolism,valine,leucine and isoleucine biosynthesis,valine,leucine and isoleucine degradation.Conclusion There are 69 metabolites in phlegm turbidity syndrome of coronary heart disease,and the metabolic pathways involves amino acid metabolism,tricarboxylic acid cycle,glycolysis/gluconeogenesis,and other pathways.
