摘要
传统健康管理的核心在于体检,对于检前针对性的信息收集和检后的问题的追踪管理尚未建立完善的体系。随着健康管理的发展,要求健康管理机构必须从单纯健康体检服务向健康管理服务转变。要实现健康管理服务的内核在于“管”,如何有效率、高质量地将健康管理对象管起来,这就需要通过互联网医院平台,利用其安全的信息交互机制和齐全的功能化服务以及包括患者和医务人员流量,实现健康管理从检前、检中到检后的一体化服务,尤其是利用线上医疗资源解决健康管理机构存在的报告专业解读和咨询困难以及慢病管理困难等情况,能够为健康管理提供及时性、周期性、多样性、全方位的服务。
Physical examination is the core of traditional health management.While for the collection of information before the physical examination and the tracking of the problems after it,perfect system has not been established.As health management develops,it requires the health management institutions to make the transformation from simple health examination service to health management service.“Management”plays an important role in realizing the core of health management service.For the problem of how to effectively manage the health management object with high quality,it needs to rely on the Internet hospital platform to use its safe information exchange mechanism and complete functional services as well as the patient and medical personnel flow.In this way,it is able to achieve the integrated service of health management before,in and after physical examination.Besides,it is particularly necessary to use online medical resources to solve the problems of professional interpretation and consultation of health management institutions as well as the management of chronic diseases,which is able to provide timely,periodic,diverse and comprehensive services for health management.
