摘要
MaaS理念近年来得到交通运输行业的普遍认可并取得快速发展,但由于在建设、运营、服务、治理等方面缺乏规范性引导,不利于MaaS体系在数据、应用、服务、机制等方面的衔接融合与科学发展。为此,本文在MaaS业务特征及各主体需求分析基础上,参考国际典型MaaS示范工程以及国内智慧出行相关标委会已有标准体系成果,按照标准体系构建原则,研究提出了涵盖基础类、技术类、数据类与服务类的城市MaaS标准体系框架,并通过调查问卷进行了论证分析与完善,以期为我国MaaS规范发展提供参考。
The MaaS concept has been widely recognized by the transportation industry in recent years and has achieved rapid development. However, due to the lack of normative guidance in construction, operation, service, governance,etc., it is not conducive to the integration and development of the MaaS system in terms of data, applications, services,mechanisms, etc. For this reason, based on the analysis of the MaaS business characteristics, this paper refers to the international typical MaaS demonstration projects and analyzes the existing standards system achievements of the domestic smart mobility related standardization committees. According to the principles of standards architecture construction, the paper proposes an urban MaaS standards system framework covering basic, technical, data and service types, and completes it by conducting a questionnaire, providing reference for the development of MaaS standards.
