液相色谱法测定不同产地丹参药材中有效成分含量

摘要 本文研究了一种液相色谱法测定丹参药材中丹酚酸B、丹参酮Ⅰ、隐丹参酮、丹参酮ⅡA的分析方法。结果表明:丹酚酸B、丹参酮Ⅰ、隐丹参酮、丹参酮ⅡA质量浓度在1.0~100.0μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数r>0.999。称样量为0.5g时,各目标物的平均加标回收率为81.9%~94.1%,RSD<1.0%。该方法可为丹参药材产品质量评价和控制提供参考。 A liquid chromatography method was developed for the determination of Salvianolic acid B, Tanshinone I,Cryptotanshinone, Tanshinone ⅡA in Salvia miltiorrhiza. The results show that the mass concentrations of Salvianolic acid B, Tanshinone I, Cryptotanshinone, Tanshinone ⅡA have a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 1.0~100.0 μg/mL, with the correlation coeffi cient r>0.999. When the sample size was 0.5g, the average recoveries of Salvianolic acid B, Tanshinone I, Cryptotanshinone, Tanshinone ⅡA are 81.9%~94.1%, with RSD being less than 1.0%. It can provide reference for the quality evaluation and quality control of Salvia miltiorrhiza.
