摘要
建设老年宜居环境是实施积极应对人口老龄化国家战略的重要途径,建立科学的规划设计理念是持续推进这一工作的重要前提。研究从老年人群体需要的环境支持出发,探讨了环境设计的目标群体、核心价值和技术策略,回顾了国内外适老化环境建设的相关经验,重点剖析了无障碍设计、通用设计、包容性设计等设计理念的内涵。研究发现,在环境适老化建设的全球性探索中,设计思想的总体逻辑呈现出从笼统的整体到特殊的群体,再从特殊的群体到兼顾特殊性的整体的回归。这一回归包含着从支持人体机能到促进社会、心理的全面健康发展,有助于老年宜居环境有机融入城市建设与更新的整体目标,将为我国老年宜居环境的健康发展提供持续的动力。
Creating an aging-friendly environment is a critical way to implement national strategies on actively response to population aging.Establishing a scientific design concept is the essential precondition.Starting from the environmental support that is needed by the elderly,the research discusses the target groups,core values and technical strategies of environmental design.It also reviews the relevant experience in the construction of an aging-friendly environment at,home and abroad,and focuses on concepts such as barrier-free design,universal design,and inclusive design.The research found that in the global exploration of aging-friendly environmental construction,the core ideas showed a return from a general whole to a special group,and then from a special group to the whole that took into account the paticularity.This return indicates evolution of the general goal from supporting human body functions to promoting social and psychological health.It is also important to integrate the aging-friendly environment into the urban construction and regeneration,to provide continuous impetus of aging-friendly environment development.
