羽毛生物降解液对盐胁迫下小白菜生长的生理调控作用

Physiological Regulation Effect of Feather Biodegradation Liquid on Chinese Cabbage Growth in Response to Salt Stress

摘要 为研究羽毛生物降解液(FBL)在缓解盐胁迫作用上应用,以小白菜为实验材料,采用盐土盆栽法,分析含不同游离氨基酸浓度(0、0.1、0.2、0.4、0.8 g/L)的FBL对盐胁迫(0.4%NaCl)下小白菜生长和生理指标的影响。结果表明,盐处理下,与不浇施FBL处理相比,浇施FBL后小白菜地上部鲜重显著提高,与无盐处理差异不显著,游离氨基酸浓度为0.4 g/L时生长指标最佳。施加FBL显著降低了叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量,过氧化物酶(POD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性显著提高;脯氨酸(Pro)浓度随着FBL中游离氨基酸浓度增加显著升高。施加FBL后叶片可溶性蛋白含量显著升高。综上,外源施加FBL可以提高叶片抗氧化酶活性,增加渗透调节物质含量,缓解盐胁迫对小白菜的伤害,最适宜的游离氨基酸浓度为0.4 g/L。实验结果可为次生盐渍化的土壤和盐碱地小白菜生产和种植提供一定的理论依据。 The paper aims to study the application of feather biodegradation liquid(FBL)in alleviating salt stress.Saline soil pot experiment was conducted to analyze the effects of FBL containing different amino acid concentrations(0,0.1,0.2,0.4,0.8 g/L)on the growth and physiological indexes of Chinese cabbage under salt stress(0.4%NaCl).The results showed that the fresh weight of the aboveground part of Chinese cabbage after root watering FBL was significantly higher than that with no FBL and had no difference with that of CK(no salt treatment).The treatment of 0.4 g/L free amino acid in FBL showed the best growth index.FBL significantly reduced malondialdehyde(MDA)content and significantly increased the activities of peroxidase(POD)and ascorbate peroxidase(APX)in cabbage leaves.Proline concentration increased significantly with the increase of free amino acid concentration in FBL.Soluble protein content increased significantly after FBL application.In conclusion,exogenous FBL can improve the activity of antioxidant enzymes in leaves,increase the content of osmotic regulation substances,and alleviate the damage of salt stress on Chinese cabbage.The optimal free amino acid concentration is 0.4 g/L.The experimental results provide a theoretical basis for the production of Chinese cabbage in secondary salinized soil and salinealkali land.
