摘要
本试验采用高效液相色谱法测定山西省忻州市静乐县藜麦中的芦丁含量。在色谱条件为Agela Technologies Venusil ABS C18柱,流动相为乙腈-水(2∶8)、流速0.800 mL·min^(-1)、柱温30℃、检测波长200 nm、进样量20μL的实验条件下展开。实验结果表现出芦丁进样浓度范围在2~120μg·mL^(-1)时,线性关系良好,回归方程是y=0.31644x-0.0681(相关系数r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.33%,相对标准偏差RSD为2.02%。
In this experiment,the content of rutin in quinoa in Jingle County,is determined by high performance liquid chromatography.Chromatographic conditions are:Agela Technologies Venusil ABS C18 column,mobile phase is acetonitrile-water(2∶8),flow rate is 0.800 mL·min^(-1),column temperature was 30°C,detection wavelength is 200 nm,and injection volume is 20 uL.The experimental results showed that the linear relationship is good when the injection concentration of rutin is between 2~120μg·mL^(-1).The regression equation is y=0.31644x-0.0681(Correlation coefficient r=0.9999).The average sample recovery is 98.33%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)is 2.02%.
