摘要
基于马斯洛需求层次理论,对提高医学院校非医学专业学生管理工作实效性的策略进行分析。介绍了需求的内涵和马斯洛需求层次理论的主要内容,总结了医学院校非医学专业学生存在的问题。可以运用马斯洛需求层次理论从以下几方面来提高医学院校非医学专业学生管理工作的实效性:满足生理和安全需求,尽快让学生适应环境;满足归属和尊重需求,增强专业认同感;满足自我实现需求,让学生充分了解职业和专业的关系。医学院校要多多关注非医学专业学生的多元化发展,全面提高学生管理工作的实效性。
Based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,the study analyzes the strategies for the improvement of the effectiveness of non-medical student management in medical colleges,introduces the connotation of the demands and the main contents of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs Theory,and summarizes the problems of non-medical students in medical colleges.The effectiveness of non-medical student management can be improved through the application of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs Theory,i.e.satisfying the demands of physiology and safety to make students adapt to the environment as soon as possible;satisfying the demands of affiliation and respect to increase professional identity sense;satisfying the demands of self achievements to make students fully know the vocational and professional relationship.Medical colleges should pay more attention to the multiple development of non-medical students,and comprehensively improve the effectiveness of students management.
