摘要
随着教育改革的深入,社会各界对高职学生心理健康教育的关注度逐渐提升,尤其是对于高职护生而言,其心理健康状况通常会对其学习情况乃至其今后的工作热情、工作水平造成影响。因此,加强对高职护生心理关注的重视,强化对其健康教育十分必要。然而,当前我国多种高职院校受传统观念等因素的影响,对于学生心理健康的关注度仍只是停留在对学生心理问题描述、诊疗方面,只是片面地对伴有明显心理问题的学生予以关注,而对于大多数学生群体仍存在有明显得忽视现象。这也使得高职院校对于护生心理健康教育的关注度低、且缺乏针对性和有效的预防,使得高职护生的发展性问题出现明显升高状况。基于此,该文以积极心理学理念为出发点,对当前“零零后”高职护生的心理健康教育情况进行了分析,以期为今后高职护生心理健康教育的高效开展提供参考和借鉴。
With the deepening of education reform,all sectors of the society pay more and more attention to the mental health education of vocational students,especially for vocational nursing students,whose mental health status usually affects their learning and even their future work Enthusiasm and work level have an impact.Therefore,it is very necessary to strengthen the attention to the psychological concern of nursing students in higher vocational schools and strengthen their health education.However,at present,many vocational colleges in my country are affected by traditional concepts and other factors,and their attention to the mental health of students is still only limited to the description of students'psychological problems,diagnosis and treatment,and only one-sided treatment of students with obvious psychological problems.Pay attention to it,and there is still obvious neglect phenomenon for most student groups.This is also the case that higher vocational colleges pay less attention to the mental health education of nursing students,and lack of targeted and effective prevention,which makes the developmental problems of higher vocational nursing students appear to be significantly increased.Based on this,this article takes the concept of positive psychology as the starting point to analyze the current mental health education of nursing students in"zero and zero"higher vocational nursing students,hoping to provide reference and reference for the effective development of mental health education of higher vocational nursing students in the future.
