摘要
目的 探究妊娠期糖尿病患者联合应用地特胰岛素、门冬胰岛素的安全性及有效性。方法 抽取2018年1月—2021年11月龙岩市中医院确诊的60例妊娠期糖尿病患者展开随机对照研究,应用随机数表法分为对照组及观察组,每组30例。对照组选择单独应用门冬胰岛素治疗,观察组应用地特胰岛素联合门冬胰岛素治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果,评估两组血糖水平、胰岛素抵抗情况、血糖恢复正常时间、妊娠结局及用药后不良反应发生率。结果 治疗后,两组患者血糖水平均低于治疗前,且观察组血糖指标等参数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组胰岛素抵抗情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血糖恢复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者用药后不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 妊娠期糖尿病患者应用地特胰岛素联合门冬胰岛素治疗,在控制血糖水平及改善妊娠结局方面所取得的效果理想,具有较高的安全性及有效性。
Objective To explore the safety and efficacy of combined use of insulin detemir and insulin aspart in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A randomized controlled study was conducted in 60 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus diagnosed in Longyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to November 2021.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,30cases in each group.The control group was treated with insulin aspart alone,while the observation group was treated with insulin detemir and insulin aspart.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The blood glucose level,insulin resistance,time for blood glucose to return to normal,pregnancy outcome and incidence of adverse reactions after medication were evaluated in the two groups.Results After treatment,the values of blood glucose levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the parameters such as blood glucose indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Combination therapy of insulin detemir and insulin aspart in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can achieve ideal effect in controlling blood sugar level and improving pregnancy outcome,with high safety and efficacy.
