单循环燃机电站进气冷却系统设计探讨

Discussion on Inlet Air Cooling System Design of Single Cycle Gas Turbine Power Plant

摘要 单循环燃机运行在高气温条件时,满负荷工况下发电功率和热效率均快速下降。通过设置进气冷却系统,既可以利用燃机排放烟气的高温热能,又可以显著提升发电功率和全厂净效率。因进气冷却系统增加的投资费用,4~6年即可收回成本。 Under the condition of high ambient temperature, the power output and thermal efficiency of single cycle gas turbine decrease rapidly under full load operating condition. The application of intake air chilling system can improve the performance of the power plant in terms of both fully utilizing the high temperature heat energy of flue gas discharged by gas turbine and significantly increasing the power output and net efficiency of the whole plant. The increased investment costs by the intake air chilling system can be recovered within 4 to 6 years.
