摘要
钻机在空气钻井的时候,井中的岩屑由压缩空气携带至地面,其中大量的粉尘会影响司钻的身体健康,因此需要在井口安装防尘罩为钻机做降尘处理。在研发阶段,所设计的防尘罩能否达到降尘效果需要进行验证。本文应用Fluent软件对气流吹沙的气固两相流过程进行了仿真,创建了流场的模型,介绍了计算模型以及参数设置,并对计算结果进行了分析,也根据计算对防尘罩进行了改进。
When the air drilling rig is drilling, the debris in the well is carried out from the well by compressed air, The blown dust will harm the drillers’ health, even hurt them. Therefore, it is necessary to install dust cover at the wellhead to reduce dust. In the research and development stage, whether the dust reduction effect of the designed dust cover needs to be verified. In this paper, the software Fluent is used to simulate the gas-solid two phase flow process of Ssand blowing, the flow field model is created, the calculation model and parameter setting are introduced, the calculation results are analyzed, and the dust cover is improved according to the calculation results.
