基于水平抗推刚度的长联刚构桥合理桥墩形式研究

摘要 当连续刚构桥梁的联长不断增加时,上部结构整体的纵桥向水平力(汽车制动力、风荷载)和温度力(升温、降温、收缩)对桥墩产生的作用也会不断增大,且对不同位置的桥墩影响大小不同,从而引起一些位置的桥墩在整体结构中承担过大的内力分配。为改善长联刚构结构的内力分配不均问题和解决长联刚构桥梁中各桥墩的结构形式设置问题,采用了单肢墩和双肢墩的墩顶水平抗推刚度的计算理论、长联刚构结构体系的力学分析理论,得到了单肢墩和双肢墩的墩顶水平抗推刚度的相互比值关系和不同位置桥墩之间水平抗推刚度的相互比值关系,并以实际工程为实例,基于上述2个相互比值关系,推导出长联刚构桥梁不同位置桥墩的合理墩顶水平抗推刚度和设置形式的设计方法,为合理设计长联刚构桥的桥墩形式提供依据和参考。 When the length of the continuous rigid frame bridge increases,the longitudinal horizontal force(car braking force,wind load)and temperature force(heating,cooling,shrinking)of the upper overall structure will continue to increase the effect to the bridge pier and the effect on piers of different positions is different,which causes that the piers at some locations bear excessive distribution of internal force in the overall structure.In order to improve the uneven internal force distribution of the long-connected rigid frame structure and solve the problem of reasonably setting the pier form of each pier in the long-span rigid frame bridge,this article adopts the calculation theory of horizontal anti-push stiffness of pier top of single pier and double pier and the mechanical analysis theory of long-span rigid frame structure system,and the ratio relationship between the horizontal anti-push stiffness of the pier top of single pier and double pier and the ratio relationship between the horizontal anti-push stiffness of piers at different positions are obtained.This article takes the engineering program as example to deduce the reasonable pier top horizontal anti-push stiffness and setting form of piers at different positions of long-span rigid frame bridge based on the above two mutual ratio relations,which provides a basis and reference for the rational design of pier form of long-span rigid frame bridge.
