摘要
为有效减少混凝土路面出现开裂、坑槽等早期病害,同时满足混凝土路面高效快速施工和材料巨量需求,镇广高速选择兼具强度高、耐久性好、施工效率高的碾压混凝土进行隧道路面施工应用探索。采用绝对体积法的正交试验进行配合比设计,提出了一套针对川东地区隧道路面特点的推荐配合比;通过设备选型、数量配置、工作参数研究,提升了碾压混凝土的摊铺压实质量;通过试验获得了合理锯缝参数。结论是碾压混凝土比普通混凝土施工效率提高7~8倍,每m^(3)可节约成本30%左右,施工质量也较普通混凝土有所提高。
In order to reduce early-stage diseases of concrete pavement such as cracking and potholes,and meet the needs of efficient and rapid construction of concrete pavement and huge material demand,Zhenba-Guang’an Expressway selected roller compacted concrete with high strength,good durability and high construction efficiency for the construction of concrete pavement.Using the orthogonal test of the absolute volume method to design the mix ratio,a set of recommended mix ratios for the characteristics of the tunnel pavement is proposed.Through equipment selection,quantity configuration and working parameter research,the paving and compaction quality of RCC is improved.The reasonable sawing parameters are obtained through experiments.The conclusion is that the construction efficiency of roller compacted concrete is 7-8 times higher than that of ordinary concrete,the cost per cubic meter can be saved by about 30%,and the construction quality is also improved compared with ordinary concrete.
