摘要
为形成适合于中俄东线大口径(外径1422 mm)、高压力(12 MPa)、高钢级(X80)管道中绝缘接头的设计方法。本文针对绝缘接头各部件的设计、原材料选取以及试验与检验等关键问题,对SY/T 0516—2016[1]、NB/T 47054—2016[2]与ASME BPV Code SectionⅧDvi.1—2011[3]相关规定的差异进行了对比分析。结果表明:针对中俄东线大口径、高压力和温度低的工况,国外ASME BPV Code SectionⅧDvi.1—2011绝缘接头设计计算结果与国内GB 150.3—2011[4]中的整体法兰的计算结果一致;绝缘环和绝缘填料宜选用环氧树脂;密封圈应选用U型自紧式密封结构,主要材料为氟硅橡胶;短管设计和制造方法可参照GB 50251—2015;内、外涂层应选用无溶剂型液体环氧涂料、环氧酚醛涂料或熔结型环氧粉末作为涂料。
In order to form a design method for insulation joints suitable for large diameter(outer diameter 1422 mm)high pressure(12 MPa)high steel grade(X80)pipeline of Sino-Russian east line.In view of these problems,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the differences in relevant provisions.This paper compare and analysis the difference of the provisions of SY/T 0516—2016[1],NB/T 47054—2016[2]and ASME BPV Code SectionⅧDvi.1—2011[3],discuss the key problems of insulation joint design,raw material selection,test and inspection in it.The results indicate that,under the conditions of large diameter high pressure and low temperature on the eastern route of China and Russia,the design of insulation join in ASME BPV Code SectionⅧDvi.1—2011 is in agreement with integral flange calculation in GB 150.3—2011[4].Epoxy resin should be used for insulating ring and packing,the sealing ring should be U-type self-tightening sealing structure,the main material is fluorosilicone rubber.The design and manufacturing method of short tube can refer to GB 50251—2015.Solvent-free liquid epoxy coating,epoxy phenolic coating or fused epoxy powder should be selected as the coating for inner and outer coating.
