浙东白鹅肠胃生长曲线拟合模型研究 被引量:1

摘要 为探讨浙东白鹅肠胃发育规律,选取同批出雏且体重相近的1日龄健康浙东白鹅为研究对象,采用Logistic、Bertalanffy和Gompertz 3种常用的动物生长曲线模型,对1—9周龄浙东白鹅的肠长、肠重与肌胃重进行拟合分析。结果表明:(1)Gompertz模型对浙东白鹅肠长的拟合效果最好,Logistic模型对肠重和肌胃重的拟合效果最好,拟合度分别为0.992、0.996和0.981;(2)肠长、肠重与肌胃重的拐点长度或质量分别为89.91 cm、75.93 g和74.86 g,拐点周龄分别为0.43周、3.52周和2.85周,最大周增长量分别为44.06 cm、32.69 g和41.88 g;(3)浙东白鹅肠长在0—1周为发育高峰期,肠重和肌胃重均于3—4周龄达到生长高峰。可见,浙东白鹅肠胃属于早期发育性状,4周龄前均达到生长高峰,实际养殖过程中应根据生长特点提供相对应的营养需要与饲养管理。 In order to explore the development law of intestines and stomach of Zhedong white goose,1-day old healthy Zhedong white geese from the same batch with similar body weight were selected,and 3 commonly used animal growth curve models,Logistic,Bertalanffy and Gompertz,were used to fit the intestine length,intestine weight and muscular stomach weight of 1—9 weeks old Zhedong white geese.The results showed that:(1)Gompertz model had the best fitting effect on the intestine length of Zhedong white geese,and Logistic models had the best fitting effects on the intestine weight and muscular stomach weight,with the fitting degrees of 0.992,0.996 and 0.981 respectively.(2)The length or weight of the inflection point of intestine length,intestine weight and muscular stomach weight were 89.91 cm,75.93 g and 74.86 g respectively.The age of the inflection point was 0.43 weeks,3.52 weeks and 2.85 weeks respectively,and the maximum weekly gain was 44.06 cm,32.69 g and 41.88 g respectively.(3)The growth peak of intestine length of Zhedong white goose was at 0—1 week old,and the growth peak of intestine weight and muscular stomach weight was at 3—4 weeks old.It can be seen that the growth of intestines and stomach of Zhedong white geese belong to early development traits,reaching the growth peak before 4 weeks of age.In the actual breeding process,corresponding nutrition needs and feeding management should be provided according to the growth characteristics.
