摘要
针对结直肠癌筛查服务现状,依据FBM行为模型挖掘用户痛点,探究FBM行为模型下的早癌筛查服务设计策略,为筛查服务平台的构建提供理论依据。通过文献研究梳理当下结直肠癌筛查服务现状,结合问卷调研和用户访谈等方法,分析总结筛查服务体验痛点,并结合FBM行为模型从动机、能力和触发机制三维度得出设计策略。基于FBM行为模型,从动机、能力、触发机制三维度提出丰富信息渠道,促进认知转变;优化信息架构提高用户能力;融入激励机制等设计策略。
According to the current status of colorectal cancer screening service,this paper explores the pain point of users based on FBM Behavior Model,and explores the design strategy of early cancer screening service based on FBM Behavior Model,so as to provide theoretical basis for the construction of screening service platform.Through literature research,combing the current status of colorectal cancer screening service,combined with questionnaire survey and user interviews,analysis and summary of screening service experience pain point,the design strategy is derived from three dimensions of motivation,ability and trigger mechanism based on FBM Behavior Model.Based on the FBM Behavior Model,this paper proposes some design strategies,such as enriching information channel,promoting cognitive transformation,optimizing information architecture,improving user capability,and integrating incentive mechanism.
