煤炭机械采样设备初采器刮板监测装置设计与开发

摘要 煤炭机械化采样设备是实现煤炭生产机械化和现代化的重要设备之一,在一定程度上可提高安全性与数据可靠性、减轻体力劳动并消除人为因素的干扰,但若其出现故障则将会造成企业的巨大经济损失。煤炭机械采样设备初采器刮板监测装置的设计与开发,旨在解决装置在碰到重物后易损坏等问题。简介煤炭机械采样设备初采器刮板监测装置设计的总体方案、工作过程及其原理,概述装置的初采器刮板、带动转轴、齿轮箱、驱动电机、连接板、主要检测元件和后方安装板7个组成部分,其中齿轮箱、检测元件和后方安装板的设置有利于减缓初采器刮板的转动速度与辅助检测元件的安装,并从正面实时监测初采器刮板破损等整体情况,从而在设备碰到重物后避免被损坏。初采器刮板监测装置的应用可显著提高初采器的工作效率,有效降低机械采样设备的故障率并明显降低劳动强度。 Coal mechanized sampling equipment is one of the important equipment to realize the mechanization and modernization of coal production.To a certain extent,it can improve the safety and data reliability,reduce manual labor and eliminate the interference of human factors,but if it fails,it will cause huge economic losses for enterprises.The design and development of scraper monitoring device for coal mechanical sampling equipment is aimed at solving the problem that the device is easy to be damaged when it encounters heavy objects.The overall design scheme,working process and principle of scraper monitoring device for coal mechanical sampling equipment were introduced.Seven components of scraper,driving shaft,gear box,driving motor,connecting plate,main detection element and rear mounting plate were summarized.Among them,the setting of gear box,detection element and rear installation plate is conducive to slow down the rotation speed of the scraper and to assist the installation of detection element.Overall situation of the scraper damage of the preliminary collector from the front were monitored,so as to avoid damage after the equipment hits heavy objects.The application of scraper monitoring device can significantly improve the working efficiency of the primary collector,effectively reduce the failure rate of mechanical sampling equipment and obviously reduce the labor intensity.
