保存方式对烟煤坩埚膨胀序数稳定性的影响研究

摘要 烟煤坩埚膨胀序数是煤炭分析检测中重要的分类指标和典型的焦化工艺指标之一,主要取决于煤在受热过程中的熔融特性、胶质体生成期间的析气情况和胶质体的透气性,可有效评价煤的结焦特性。针对其易氧化特性对量值的影响,通过选取有代表性的不同量值烟煤,跟踪研究样品在常温、低温和除氧密封包装3种不同保存方式下坩埚膨胀序数稳定性随时间的增加受氧化作用的差异化影响,初步分析烟煤坩埚膨胀序数稳定性的影响。结果表明通过低温或除氧密封方式保存的煤样均可以一定程度上增加并保持至少12个月以上的量值稳定性,其中除氧密封方式作用更优。 The crucible swelling number of bituminous coal is one of the important classification indexes and typical coking process indexes in coal analysis and detection.It mainly depends on the melting characteristics of coal during heating,the gas evolution during the formation of colloid and the permeability of colloid,it can effectively evaluate the coking characteristics of coal.In view of the influence of its easy oxidation characteristics on the quantity,the representative bituminous coals with different quantity values were selected,how the oxidation differentiation affected the crucible swelling ordinal stability with the increase of time were tracked under normal temperature,low temperature and deoxygenation sealed packaging respectively,the influence of bituminous coal crucible swelling number stability was preliminarily analyzed.The results show that the coal samples stored by low temperature or deoxygenated seal can increase and maintain the stability of quantity value for at least 12 months to a certain extent,and deoxygenated seal has better effect.
