极端恶劣天气影响下新型电力网架结构不停电作业的应用

摘要 为实现配电网全业务不停电的作业目标,解决极端恶劣天气影响下配电网故障而造成的停电时间增加的问题,文章通过对电力网架结构改造、电力网架结构馈线自动化建设、安装分界开关、电力网架结构故障不停电处理进行研究,提出一种全新的不停电作业方法。通过实例应用的方式证明,新的不停电作业方式应用后,配电网年平均停电时间大大缩短,为实现全业务不停电作业目标提供创新思路和重要技术支撑。 To achieve distribution network business full power operation target,solving extreme under the influence of distribution network fault caused by the bad weather outage time problem,this article through to the power grid structure transformation,power grid structure construction of feeder automation,dividing line switch installation,power grid structure failure blackout processing is studied,put forward a new kind of power operation method.Through the application of practical examples,it is proved that the annual average outage time of distribution network is greatly shortened after the application of the new no-blackout operation mode,in order to provide innovative ideas and important technical support for realizing the goal of full-service no-blackout operation.
