摘要
针对高海拔软破大断面皮带运输巷道支护难题,以西藏巨龙铜矿主运输皮带巷道为研究对象,设计了巷道支护方案,并利用数值模拟软件建立数值模型。对支护过程中巷道应力分布、位移演化、塑性区分布进行研究,优化了皮带运输巷道支护方案及参数。结果表明:支护方案设计为“超前支护”+“长锚索—短锚杆—钩花网支护”+“钢架—喷射混凝土支护”联合支护;支护参数优选为10m长锚索,锚索排距为1.5m,衬砌厚度为20cm,巷道最大位移量为6.0mm;现场监测结果表明该支护方案能够满足巨龙驱龙段矿区皮带运输巷道运输矿石的安全需求。
Aiming at the support problem of broken soft large-section belt transport roadway at high altitude,taking the main belt transport roadway of Julong Copper Mine in Tibet as the research object,the roadway support scheme was designed,and the numerical model was established by using numerical simulation software.The stress distribution,displacement evolution and plastic zone distribution of roadway in the support process were studied,and the support scheme and parameters of belt transport roadway were optimized.The results show that the support design selects the combined support scheme of advanced support+long anchor cable-short anchor-hooked mesh support+steel frame-shotcrete support.The support parameters are optimized as anchor cables with length of 10 m,the anchor cable spacing of 1.5 m,the lining thickness of 20 cm,and the maximum roadway displacement of 6.0 mm.The field monitoring results show that the support scheme can meet the safety requirements of ore transportation in the belt transport roadway of Qulong mining area in Julong Copper Mine.
