摘要
目的分析“四化”管理模式在哮喘患儿护理干预中的应用价值。方法选取我院2021年1~5月就诊的哮喘患儿50例,根据入院顺序分为研究组(n=25)和常规组(n=25)。常规组采用常规护理治疗,研究组在常规组基础上联合基于“四化”管理模式的护理干预,比较两组康复进程、遵医行为、肺功能[第1秒最大呼吸容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、最高呼气流速(PEF)]、哮喘发作情况、生活质量[儿科生活质量(PAQLQ)]。结果研究组哮鸣音消失时间、喘鸣消失时间、住院时间较常规组短(P<0.05);干预后与常规组比较,研究组FEV1、FVC、PEF较高(P<0.05);研究组遵医优良率95.65%高于常规组68.18%(P<0.05);干预后研究组PAQLQ评分较常规组高(P<0.05);干预后随访6个月,研究组哮喘发作次数、急诊次数、再住院次数低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论基于“四化”管理模式的护理干预可提升哮喘患儿遵医行为及肺功能,加速病情康复进程,并可有效预防哮喘再次发生,提升患儿生活质量。
Objective To analyze the application value of"four modernizations"management mode in nursing intervention of children with asthma.Methods Fifty children with asthma in our hospital from January 2021 to May 2021 were selected and divided into study group(n=25)and routine group(n=25)according to the order of admission.The conventional group received routine nursing treatment,while the research group received nursing intervention based on the"four modernizations"management model on the basis of the conventional group.The rehabilitation process,compliance behavior,pulmonary function[one second maximum respiratory volume(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),maximum expiratory flow rate(PEF)],asthma attack,and quality of life[pediatric quality of life(PAQLQ)]were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of wheezing,wheezing and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After intervention,FEV1,FVC and PEF in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The excellent and good compliance rate of the study group was 95.65%higher than 68.18%of the conventional group(P<0.05).After intervention,the PAQLQ score of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the number of asthma attacks,emergency department visits and rehospitalization in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on the"four modernizations"management model can improve the compliance behavior and lung function of children with asthma,accelerate the rehabilitation process of the disease,effectively prevent the recurrence of asthma,and improve the quality of life of children.
