摘要
目的研究儿童病毒性脑炎在早期诊断中使用脑电图的价值。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2020年12月确诊为病毒性脑炎300例患儿的临床数据资料,均予以脑干听觉诱发电位、脑电图、磁共振成像、多层螺旋CT检查,对比检查结果。结果脑干听觉诱发电位的阳性检出率87.00%、阴性检出率23.00%;脑电图的阳性检出率97.67%、阴性检出率2.33%;磁共振成像的阳性检出率82.67%、阴性检出率17.33%;多层螺旋CT的阳性检出率79.33%、阴性检出率20.37%。脑电图检查结果准确度高于脑干听觉诱发电位、磁共振成像、多层螺旋CT(P<0.05)。结论脑电图有着可重复、操作简单、安全性高等优势,能尽早将儿童病毒性脑炎高峰期脑功能状况反映出来,在儿童病毒性脑炎早期诊断中发挥着重要意义。
Objective To study the value of Electroencephalogram(EEG)in early diagnosis of viral encephalitis in children.Methods The clinical data of 300 children diagnosed with viral encephalitis between January 2018 and December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were examined by brainstem auditory evoked potentials,electroencephalography,magnetic resonance imaging,and multi-slice spiral CT.Check and compare the results.Results The positive rate of BAEP was 87.00%,the negative rate was 23.00%,the positive rate of EEG was 97.67%,the negative rate was 2.33%,the positive rate of magnetic resonance imaging was 82.67%,the negative rate was 17.33%,the positive and negative detection rates of MSCT were 79.33% and 20.37%respectively.The accuracy of EEG was higher than that of BAEP,magnetic resonance imaging and MSCT(P<0.05).Conclusion EEG has the advantages of repeatability,simple operation,and high safety.It can reflect the brain function status of children with viral encephalitis at the peak as soon as possible,and plays an important role in the early diagnosis of children with viral encephalitis.
