海水淡化取水系统管路失稳分析及改进 被引量:1

Pipeline Instability Analysis and Improvement of Water Intake System for Seawater Desalination

摘要 在某核电海水淡化系统调试期间,发现1号机虹吸井取水系统管路在取水泵停运后,泵出口竖直段PE100管路发生严重失稳。通过对失稳管路进行理论计算和有限元分析,发现管路内产生的负压大于管路能承受的临界压力是导致管路失稳的主要原因。基于分析的原因,结合现场实际情况采用双相不锈钢2205材质管路及增加排气阀的改进措施,对改进措施进行有限元分析复核,改造实施后的取水管路为海水淡化系统提供安全、稳定的海水水源。 During commissioning of the seawater desalinized system for one nuclear power station, the PE100 pipeline in the vertical section of the pump outlet was seriously unstable after the water pump stopped running in the siphon well intake system of Unit 1. Through theoretical calculation and finite element analysis of the unstable pipeline, the main reason for the unstable pipeline is that the negative pressure generated in the pipeline is greater than the critical pressure that the pipeline can support. Based on the analysis and combined with the actual situation of the site, the improvement measures of adopting dual-phase stainless steel 2205 material pipeline with adding exhaust valve are adopted. Through performing finite element analysis for the improved measures, the water intake pipeline after improvement can provide a safe and stable seawater source for the seawater desalination system.
