摘要
目的 探讨金属骨针张力带内固定治疗髌骨骨折的疗效。方法 采用金属骨针张力带内固定治疗39例髌骨骨折患者。记录膝关节活动度、骨折愈合情况及并发症发生情况,按照Bostman评分标准评价疗效。结果 患者均获得随访,时间12~14个月。骨折愈合时间3~6个月。无钢丝断裂、金属骨针移位情况,未出现髌骨表面异物凸起感、创伤性关节炎症状以及金属骨针刺激症状等并发症。末次随访时,38例膝关节屈曲110°~130°,过伸0°~5°;1例屈曲100°,过伸10°;根据Bostman评分标准评价疗效:优35例,良3例,差1例,优良率97.4%。结论 金属骨针张力带内固定治疗髌骨骨折固定可靠,组织相容性好,患者可早期功能锻炼。
Objective To investigate the effect of metal bone needle tension band internal fixation in the treatment of patellar fracture.Methods The 39 patients with patellar fractures were treated with metal bone needle tension band internal fixation. The range of motion of knee joint, fracture healing and complications were recorded, and the curative effect was evaluated according to Bostman score standard.Results All patients were followed up for 12 ~ 14months. The time of fracture healing was 3 ~ 6 months. There were no steel wire fracture,metal needle displacement,foreign body protruding on the patella surface,traumatic arthritis symptoms,metal needle stimulation symptoms and other complications. At the last follow-up,38 cases had knee flexion of 110° ~ 130° and hyperextension of 0° ~ 5°;One case was flextion with 100° and hyperextension with 10°. According to the Bostman scoring standard,the curative effect was evaluated:excellent in 35 cases,good 3 cases and poor 1 case,the excellent-good rate was 97. 4%.Conclusions Metal bone needle tension band internal fixation is reliable in the treatment of patellar fracture,and has good histocompatibility. Patients can do early functional exercise.
