摘要
安宁疗护在我国还不被人所熟知,通过临床工作的实践与总结,梳理医患双方对安宁疗护的各种认识误区。分析产生这些误区的原因,包括安宁疗护与传统的生物医学模式不同,更加注重心理、社会因素对疾病的影响;安宁疗护承认并尊重死亡,与强调“救死”的医学理念相违背;中国深受儒家思想影响,传统文化避讳谈论“死亡”。建议探索安宁疗护赔付模式、制定安宁疗护服务体系、完善安宁疗护团队建设和加强生命教育科普宣传,共同推进安宁疗护的高质量发展。
Palliative care is not well known in China. Through the practice and summary of clinical work, various misunderstandings of palliative care between doctors and patients are sorted out. The paper analyzes the causes of these misunderstandings, including that palliative care is different from the traditional biomedical model, paying more attention to the influence of psychological and social factors on diseases. Palliative care recognizes and respects death, which is contrary to the medical idea of life-saving. Influenced by Confucianism in China, "death" is a taboo in traditional culture. Finally, it is suggested to explore the compensation mode of palliative care, establish the palliative care service system, improve the construction of palliative care team and strengthen the popularization of life education, so as to jointly promote the high-quality development of palliative care.
