摘要
基于校企合作推进地方高校实践教学改革是落实应用型人才培养目标,全面提升人才培养质量的重要保障。各地方高校在具体推进过程中存在着企业联合培养参与度不高、校企之间的供需脱轨、缺乏完整的质量评价体系等一系列共性问题。基于此,应以健全完善体制机制为突破口,改革实践教学体系,丰富实践教学资源,建设“双师双能型”的教师队伍,创新人才培养模式,从而全面培养学生的实践能力和综合素质,提高地方高校实践教学质量。
Promoting the reform of practical teaching in local universities based on school-enterprise cooperation is an important guarantee for implementing the training goals of applied talents and comprehensively improving the quality of talent training.there are a series of common problems in local universities such as low participation in joint training of enterprises,derailment of supply and demand between schools and enterprises,and lack of a complete quality evaluation system.Based on this,we should take the improvement of the system as a breakthrough,reform the practical teaching system,enrich the practical teaching resources,build a"double-qualified and dual-capable"teaching team,and innovate the talent training model,so as to comprehensively cultivate students'practical ability and comprehensive quality,improve the quality of practical teaching in local universities.
