不同种源一年生云南松苗木分级及其异速生长 被引量:3

Classification and allometric growth of annual Pinus yunnanensis seedlings from different provenances

摘要 【目的】为探究宜良、新平、禄丰3个种源一年生云南松苗木的等级划分标准及其异速生长关系和苗高-地径异速生长模型,为云南松苗木的分化及其评价奠定基础。【方法】采用平均值±标准差法对一年生云南松苗木苗高、地径的生长量进行统计和分类,划分苗高和地径的生长类型作为一年生云南松苗木等级的划分标准,确定年生长量在平均值类型以下的苗木为不合格苗,年生长量在平均值类型以上具有较优良的遗传品质的苗木确定为合格苗;采用标准化主轴估计方法分析了一年生云南松苗木各种源间不同等级的异速生长关系。【结果】一年生云南松苗木的苗高、地径生长量分别分布于(0.6,27.2)cm、(0.35,11.3)mm区间,苗高与地径年生长量去除不合格苗后确定苗木等级标准为:苗高生长量在[4.54,7.00)cm区间,地径生长量在[2.58,4.14)mm区间为II级苗;苗高生长量在[7.00,9.50)cm区间,地径生长量在[4.14,5.70)mm区间为I级苗;苗高生长量在[9.50,12.70)cm区间,地径生长量在[5.70,7.26)mm区间为优质苗;苗木高生长大于12.7 cm、地径生长量大于7.62 mm的苗为超级苗;一年生云南松苗木各等级的异速生长关系在不同种源间存在极显著的变化,相关生长指数间存在显著差异,且没有共同斜率,苗木的总体异速生长指数随等级质量的提升而减小,随着异速生长指数的改变,苗高—地径异速生长关系模型从符合压力自相拟模型到不符合任何一个模型。【结论】利用数理统计结合异速生长相关指数客观地对不同种源一年生云南松苗木进行分级标准的确定以及异速生长关系和模型的判定,基本可以将不同遗传品质的苗木区分开来,选择出了具有优良遗传品质的苗木,去除了遗传品质差的不合格苗木,研究结果可为云南松苗木等级划分和遗传品质的改良提供理论依据。 【Objective】The aim of this study was to explore the grading standard and allometric relationship of the seedlings of Yiliang,Xinping and Lufeng provenances,to lay the foundation for the differentiation and evaluation of Pinus yunnanensis seedlings.【Method】The seedling height of annual P.yunnanensis seedlings was measured by mean standard deviation method.The increment of ground diameter was counted and classified,and the growth types of seedling height and ground diameter were used as the classification standards for the grading of the seedlings.The seedlings with annual growth below the average type were determined as unqualified seedlings,and those with annual growth above the average type and superior genetic quality were determined as qualified seedlings.The allometric relationship of different grades of annual P.yunnanensis seedlings from different sources were analyzed by using standardized principal axis estimation method.【Result】The height and ground diameter growth of the annual P.yunnanensis seedlings were distributed in the range of(0.6,27.2)cm and(0.35,11.3)mm,respectively.After removing the unqualified seedlings,the seedling grading standard was determined as follows:the grade II seedlings exhibited height growth between 4.54 cm and 7.00 cm,and the diameter growth was in the range of(2.58,4.14)mm,while the grade I seedlings showed height growth from 7.00 cm to 9.50 cm,and the diameter growth was in the range of(4.14,5.70)mm.The seedlings with height growth in the range of(9.50,12.70)cm and ground diameter growth in the range of(5.70,7.26)mm were considered as high-quality seedlings,while seedlings with height growth above 12.7cm and ground diameter growth above 7.62mm were considered as super seedlings.The allometric growth of all grades of annual P.yunnanensis seedlings changed significantly among different provenances,and there were significant differences among related growth indexes without common slopes.The allometric growth indexes of seedlings decreased with the improvement of grade quality.With the change of allometric growth index,the model of allometric growth relationship between seedling height and ground diameter changed from conforming to pressure self-fitting model to not conforming to any model.【Conclusion】In this paper,mathematical statistics combined with allometric correlation indexes were used to objectively determine the classification standard,allometric relationship and model judgment of the annual P.yunnanensis seedlings from different provenances.Although there are some differences,the seedlings with different genetic quality can be basically distinguished by the classification standard of the seedlings.The seedlings with good genetic quality have been selected,and the unqualified seedlings with poor genetic quality have been removed.The allometric growth and the corresponding models were discussed,which has provided a theoretical basis for the classification and genetic quality improvement of P.yunnanensis seedlings.
