摘要
敬业钢铁有限公司围绕工业纯铁低C、低P、低S、低Si和低Mn的特点,生产过程采用“KR铁水预处理-转炉-LF-RH-连铸”工艺流程冶炼超低碳工业纯铁。采用KR搅拌法进行铁水预处理脱硫,在脱硫剂用量8~12 kg/t铁,搅拌速度100~120 r/min,搅拌时间10~12 min的条件下,可将硫脱至0.00085%以下,脱硫率约96%;转炉双渣冶炼脱磷去铬,脱磷率达93.5%,脱铬率达76.5%,增硫仅0.002%;LF温度控制提高钢水纯净度;RH脱碳和脱氧合金化相结合将碳脱至0.0010%以下,实现了钢液中主要杂质元素含量全部保持在目标成分范围内,有效提高了工业纯铁的纯净度。
The characteristics of low C,low P,low S,low Si and low Mn of industrial pure iron are discussed in Jingye Steel Co.,Ltd.,the process of"KR hot metal pretreatment-converter-LF-RH-continuous casting"is adopted to smelt ultra-low carbon industrial pure iron.The desulphurization of hot metal was carried out by KR stirring method.The desulphurization rate was about 96%and the Sulphur was below 0.00085%under the conditions of the dosage of desulphurizer 8~12 kg/t iron,the stirring speed 100~120 r/min and the stirring time 10~12 min.The results show that the dephosphorization and chromium removal rate are 93.5%,76.5%and only 0.002%respectively,the purity of molten steel is improved by controlling LF temperature,and the carbon removal is below 0.0010%by combining RH decarbonization and deoxidation alloying,the content of main impurity elements in molten steel can be kept in the range of target components,and the purity of industrial pure iron can be improved effectively.
