杜仲F_(1)代叶表型变异分析及单株评价 被引量:1

Analysis of Leaf Phenotypic Variation and Evaluation of Elite Individual Plant in F_(1) Progeny of Eucommia ulmoides

摘要 通过离散描述、相关性分析、t检验及杂种优势等方法对“华仲8号”(♀)和“华仲12号”(♂)的109个杂交F_(1)代的17个叶表型性状进行遗传多样性分析,结合隶属函数分析筛选出叶表型性状连年稳定的F_(1)单株。结果表明:连续3年(2017—2019年)的杜仲F_(1)代叶片表型性状变异范围为1.55%~48.20%,叶片活性成分变异系数相对叶片形态变异系数较高、杜仲叶片活性成分具有更丰富的变异。桃叶珊瑚苷、京尼平苷酸、车叶草甘和绿原酸至少有1 a中2个表型性状呈极显著正相关,剩余12个叶形态性状中,叶面积、叶形指数和叶宽呈极显著负相关,叶长、叶宽和叶形指数呈极显著正相关。叶片红色成分、蓝色成分、绿色成分和叶绿素参考值的相关性达到极显著或显著水平,其中叶绿素参考值、叶片红色成分和绿色成分相关性均为极显著负相关。杜仲F_(1)代叶片部分性状之间相互制约,部分性状具有相对较为稳定的关系,但是整体性状之间的相关性关系较为复杂。最终获得叶表型连年稳定单株29个,其中最为稳定的为H8−8、H8−63和H8−66单株。 The genetic diversity of 17 leaf phenotype in F_(1) progenies from the cross of'Huazhong No.8'and'Huazhong No.12'were analyzed by means of discrete description,correlation analysis,t-test and heterosis.And the F_(1) offspring with stable leaf phenotypic traits were screened by membership function analysis.The results showed that the variation of leaf phenotypes in F_(1) generation of Eucommia ulmoides from 2017 to 2019 ranged from 1.55%to 48.20%,and the variation coefficient of leaf active components was lower than leaf morphology,while leaf morphology had more variation.There was a very significant positive correlation between the 2 phenotypes of aucubin,genipinic acid,cypermethrin and chlorogenic acid in at least 1 year.Among the remaining 12 leaf morphological characters,there was a very significant negative correlation among leaf area,leaf shape index and leaf width,and an extremely significant positive correlation among leaf length,leaf width and leaf shape index.The correlation among leaf red component,blue component,green component and leaf chlorophyll reference value reached extremely significant or significant level.The chlorophyll reference value,leaf red component and green component was extremely significant negative correlation.Some phenotypes of F_(1) generation of E.ulmoides leaf were mutually restricted,and some phenotypes have relatively stable relationship,but the correlation were complicated.Twenty-nine plants with stable leaf phenotypes were obtained,among which the most stable plants were H8−8,H8−63 and H8−66.
