摘要
教育是党之大计、国之大计,承担着“为党育人,为国育才”的神圣使命。为谁培养人,培养什么人,怎样培养人始终是教育的根本问题。本文立足社会主义办学方向,建立学科建设和人才培养有效融合的机制,形成系统的思政育人新模式,为学科建设、人才培养、科学研究和社会服务提供了有力保障,实现了以院士为代表的国家级人才的新突破。
Education is the major plan of the CPC and the country,bearing the sacred mission of"educating people for the Party and cultivating talents for the country".For whom to educate,who to educate,how to educate is always the fundamental problem of education.Based on the direction of socialist education,this paper establishes an effective integration mechanism of discipline construction and talent training,forms a new systematic ideological and political model of education,provides a strong guarantee for discipline construction,talent training,scientific research and social services,realizing a new breakthrough for national talents represented by academicians.
