摘要
目的:了解市场所售常规护肤品经过不同方式使用后微生物的污染情况,指导人们科学合理地使用护肤品,避免因微生物二次污染所致的潜在皮肤伤害。方法:按照GB 7918.1—2018《化妆品卫生标准》和《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015版)研究不同存放温度、取用方法、密封程度和使用时间对护肤品菌落总数、霉菌及酵母菌的影响。结果:护肤品的存放温度、密封程度和使用时间都不会影响其微生物含量超过国家标准,但取用方法有可能给护肤品引入更多的微生物,致使菌落总数超标。结论:开封后的护肤品可以在常温存放,但应封紧瓶盖,用塑料棒的方式取用,并尽快用完,这样护肤品受微生物二次污染的影响最小。
Objective:To understand the microbial contamination of the conventional skin care products sold in the market after being used in different ways,guide people to use skin care products scientifically and rationally,and avoid potential skin injuries caused by secondary microbial contamination.Methods:According to GB 7918.1-2018 Hygienic Standards for Cosmetics and Technical Safety Specifications for Cosmetics(2015),the effects of different storage temperatures,access methods,sealing degree and use time on the total bacterial count,mold and yeast of skin care products were studied.Results:The storage temperature,sealing degree and use time of skin care products will not affect the microbial content of the products to exceed the national standard,but the use method may introduce more microorganisms into the skin care products,causing the total bacterial count to exceed the standard.Conclusion:The unsealed skin care products can be stored at room temperature,but the bottle cap should be tightly sealed,the plastic rod should be used,and the products should be used up as soon as possible,so that the skin care products are least affected by the secondary microbial contamination.
