摘要 医学遗传学是医学院校开设的一门由基础理论逐步向临床实践过渡的专业基础课程,其课程知识复杂,内容抽象,学员理解掌握难度大。因此,如何变抽象为具体,从而有利于学员理解掌握,进而提升教学效果,是每个授课教员面临的一个重大难题。海军军医大学将案例教学法应用到医学遗传学教学过程中,通过强化基础理论与临床实践之间的联系将抽象的理论知识具体化、形象化、生动化,化繁为简,有效激发学员的学习兴趣和求知欲,丰富其理论知识,逐步建立起相对完整的遗传学理论知识框架。文章拟通过结合医学遗传学这门课程的教学特点和案例教学法的具体步骤:巧妙地引出问题、引导学员分析讨论问题、科学归纳总结,来分析应用案例教学法在医学遗传学课程教学中的作用及意义。 Medical genetics is a professional basic course and a transition from basic theory to clinical practice in medical colleges and universities. With complex knowledge and abstract content, this course is difficult for students to understand. Therefore, it is a challenge for teachers to explain the abstract content in a manner that students can understand. The authors applied case method to the teaching of medical genetics, focusing on the connection between basic theories and clinical practice, which makes abstract theoretical knowledge concrete, visual, and vivid, and the students were inspired to learn and gradually constructed a relatively systematic knowledge framework. Based on the characteristics of medical genetics, the authors analyze the specific steps of case method: skillful lead-in, analysis and discussion of the problems, and scientific summarization, and then the authors discuss the implications of applying case method to the teaching of medical genetics.
