摘要
露天矿终了境界圈定结果的优劣直接决定了矿山的整体经济效益,露天矿境界优化工作是一个受金属价格、生产成本、边坡角影响的动态优化过程。临近闭坑露天矿的境界优化工作受到较多因素的制约,境界优化工作较为复杂,其特殊性就在于部分边帮已靠帮。对于已靠帮区域是否值得再扩帮,获得经济效益最优的境界优化结果,一直是矿业领域重要的技术问题。为此,以国外某矿山为研究案例,深入研究临近闭坑的境界优化工作,通过在Whittle软件中对开采区域添加约束条件,控制开采范围,从而获得采场上部已靠帮并段区域扩帮与不扩帮的境界优化结果。对比分析优化结果,得到结论:不扩帮的境界优化结果好于扩帮的境界优化结果,采矿量多230万t,剥采比低0.2 t/t,净现值高2500万美元。且扩帮的境界优化结果存在可执行性较低的问题,基于目前的金属价格情况下,且考虑到矿山服务年限较多,金属价格相对稳定,因此,通过综合对比分析,确定上部不扩帮的境界优化方案为最优优化方案。
End results for delineating the boundary of open pit mine quality directly determines the overall economic benefits in mines,open pit boundary optimization work is a metal prices,production costs affect the dynamic optimization process,near the border of open-pit mine pit optimization work restricted by many factors,state optimization work is relatively complicated,how to improve the approaches to optimize the boundary of open pit mine pit mining area economic benefit has been the important technical problems,therefore,by case study of a foreign mines,in-depth study near boundary optimization of closed mine,through the mining area in Whittle software add constraints,control of mining areas,Thus,the zone optimization results of upper stope with extended and unextended side are obtained.The comparative analysis of the optimization results shows that the zone optimization results of extended side are better than that of extended side,the mining volume is 2.3 million tons more,the stripping ratio is 0.2 t/t lower,and the net present value is 25 million dollars higher.Moreover,the boundary optimization result of expanding the upper side has the problem of low enforceability.Based on the current metal price and considering that the service life of the mine is too long and the metal price is relatively stable,the optimization plan of the upper side without expanding the upper side is determined as the optimal optimization plan through comprehensive comparative analysis.
