摘要
目的:探讨隔附子饼灸联合脐疗法干预对脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛的影响。方法:将漳州市中医院于2020年12月-2021年12月收治的89例脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者纳入研究,所有患者均接受艾司奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗,按照干预方案的不同进行分组,应用常规护理的44例患者纳入常规组,在常规护理基础上采用中医特色护理干预(隔附子饼灸联合脐疗法)的45例患者则纳入中医组。干预14 d后,比较两组中医症状积分(胃脘疼痛、嗳气反酸、脘腹胀满),并用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)对比两组干预7、14 d后的疼痛情况,利用生活质量综合评定量表(GQOL-74)评估两组生活质量,同时统计两组对护理干预的满意评价。结果:干预后,中医组胃脘疼痛、嗳气反酸、脘腹胀满积分均比常规组低(P<0.05);中医组干预7、14 d后的VAS评分均较常规组低(P<0.05);中医组生活质量各维度评分均明显比常规组高(P<0.05);中医组和常规组护理满意度分别为97.78%、84.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者采用隔附子饼灸联合脐疗法干预能有效降低其中医症状积分,缓解患者疼痛,提升患者生活质量水平,实现护理满意评价的提高。
Objective:To investigate the effect of separate aconite cake moxibustion combined with umbilical therapy on epigastric pain with deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type.Method:A total of 89 patients with epigastric pain with deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type admitted to Zhangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to December 2021 were included in the study.All patients were treated with Esomeprazole Enteric Capsules.According to different intervention schemes,44 patients who received routine nursing during treatment were included in the routine group.On the basis of routine nursing,45 patients who received traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing intervention(separate aconite cake moxibustion combined with umbilical therapy)were included in the traditional Chinese medicine group.After 14 days of intervention,TCM symptom scores(epigastric pain,acid regurgitation and abdominal distension)were compared between the two groups.Visual analog scale(VAS)was used to compare the pain of the two groups after 7 and 14 days of intervention.GQOL-74 was used to evaluate the quality of life of the two groups,and the satisfaction evaluation of nursing intervention between the two groups was counted.Result:After intervention,the scores of epigastric pain,acid regurgitation and abdominal distention in the traditional Chinese medicine group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05);VAS scores of the traditional Chinese medicine group were lower than those of the routine group after 7 and 14 days of intervention(P<0.05);the quality of life scores of the traditional Chinese medicine group were significantly higher than those of the routine group(P<0.05);nursing satisfaction of the traditional Chinese medicine group and the routine group was 97.78%and 84.09%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with epigastric pain with deficiency cold of spleen and stomach type,the intervention of separate aconite cake moxibustion combined with umbilical therapy can effectively reduce the TCM symptom score,relieve the pain of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction evaluation.
