摘要
党的十八大以来,中国共产党践行以人民为中心的发展思想,通过优化民生制度惠及全体人民,促进基本公共服务均等化,实现人民美好生活,构建了体现中国价值、中国力量的民生保障体系;使“幼有所育、学有所教”质量更高,“劳有所得、病有所医”效果更佳,“老有所养、弱有所扶”效应更优,极大提升了人民群众的获得感、幸福感、安全感;彰显了中国共产党将中国特色社会主义制度优势转化为民生治理效能的独特经验,即坚持人民至上理念,以党的领导统筹民生保障的顶层设计,以美好生活作为民生保障的价值坐标,以共建共享作为民生保障的行动逻辑,以量力而行促进民生保障的可持续性。
Since the 18th National Congress,the Communist Party of China(CPC)has practiced the people-centered philosophy of development,benefited the people by optimizing the system for improving living standards,promoted the equal distribution of public services,realized the people's expectation for a better life,and built a system that guarantees the people's living standards and that reflects Chinese values and strength.The CPC has also made the quality of education higher,the results of labor protection and medical care better,and the effect of the support for the elderly and the weak better,greatly enhancing people's sense of achievement,happiness and security.These efforts have demonstrated the CPC's success in its experience in transforming the advantages of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics into the governance capacity for improving people's living standards,that is,putting the people first,coordinating the top-level design under the leadership of the Party,taking a better life as the aim,taking co-construction and sharing as the logic of action,and promoting the sustainability of improving people's wellbeing within our capacity.
