摘要
传统常规超声检测技术效率较差、检测精度低,对管道环焊缝缺陷检测结果的可靠性产生不良影响。针对该问题,提出了管道环焊缝超声相控阵检测方法,相对于常规超声检测技术,该方法具有准确、高效及检测结果直观等优点。制作Ф112 mm×12 mm×320 mm和Ф158mm×12 mm×300 mm两种规格含自然缺陷的试样,试样中包含未焊透、未熔合、裂纹等常见缺陷,利用超声相控阵检测技术对这两个试样开展检测。检测结果表明,超声相控阵检测技术对管道环焊缝内常见缺陷的检测结果较为准确,能实现缺陷的定量和定位分析。
The traditional conventional ultrasonic testing technology had poor efficiency and low detection accuracy,which had a negative impact on the reliability of the detection results of pipeline girth weld defects.Aiming at this problem,an ultrasonic phased array detection method for pipeline girth welds was proposed.Compared with conventional ultrasonic detection technology,this method had the advantages of accuracy,efficiency and intuitive detection results.Two types of samples with natural defects,Ф112mm×12mm×320mm and Ф158mm×12mm×300mm,were produced.The samples contained common defects such as incomplete penetration,incomplete fusion and cracks.The two samples were tested by ultrasonic phased array testing technology.The test results showed that ultrasonic phased array testing technology was more accurate in detecting common defects in pipeline girth welds,and can realize quantitative and positioning analysis of defects.
