摘要
目的基于知识图谱初步探析骨肿瘤研究热点及趋势。方法运用CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件检索Web of Science 2000-2020年骨肿瘤相关文献,并进行文献计量学分析。根据结果绘制年发文量、国家/地区及机构合作网络、作者合作网络、关键词共现及聚类、共引文献聚类并对其进行分析。结果该研究共纳入2852篇文献,发文量稳步上升;作者合作网络图谱共纳入290位,以肖建如等为代表;机构合作网络图谱共纳入285所,以上海交通大学为代表;关键词聚类显示研究热点主要集中在骨肉瘤、骨转移瘤、细胞凋亡等领域;文献被引聚类显示增殖、STAT3及信号通路等领域是当下研究重点。结论知识图谱可视化分析显示骨肉瘤、骨转移瘤、细胞凋亡是研究热点,为今后的研究提供一定的参考。
Objective To analyze the research hotspots and trends of bone tumor with knowledge graph. Methods CiteSpace and VOSviewer software were used to search the literature related to bone tumor from 2000 to 2020 on Web of Science, and the bibliometric analysis was performed. According to the results, the annual publication volume,cooperation network of countries/regions and institutions, author cooperation network, keyword co-occurrence and clustering, and co-cited literature clustering were drawn and analyzed. Results A total of 2 852 papers were included in the study with a steady increase of publications;a total of 290 authors were included in the author’s cooperation network, represented by Xiao Jianru;a total of 285 institutions were included in institutional cooperation network,represented by Shanghai Jiao Tong University;the keyword clustering showed that research hotspots focused on the fields of osteosarcoma, bone metastases, apoptosis, and other related fields;the co-citation literature clustering showed that the current research focused on proliferation, STAT3, and signaling pathway. Conclusion The visual analysis of knowledge graph indicates that osteosarcoma, bone metastasis and apoptosis are the research hotspots, providing a certain reference for future researches.
