摘要
随着时代的快速发展,企业对员工素质能力的要求越来越高。因此,以提升职业核心素养为宗旨的专业课程教学改革成为职教改革的方向之一。专业课教师在开展深度企业调研的基础上,从制定课程标准、开发教学项目、改革教学模式和构建过程性评价体系等方面将职业核心素养的培养与课程教学有机融合,以期提升高职学生的就业竞争力和岗位稳定性。
With the rapid development of the times,enterprises have higher and higher requirements on the quality and ability of employees.Therefore,the teaching reform of professional courses with the purpose of improving professional key competencies has become one of the directions of vocational education reform.On the basis of indepth enterprise research,teachers of professional courses organically integrate the cultivation of professional key competencies with curriculum teaching from the aspects of formulating curriculum standards,developing teaching projects,reforming teaching modes and constructing a process evaluation system,in order to improve the employment competitiveness and job stability of higher vocational students.
