摘要
用尿素与氯化铵在不同比例下高温煅烧得到多孔g-C_(3)N_(4),通过XRD、FTIR、SEM光学测试及光电化学分析等对g-C_(3)N_(4)基异质结结构进行了表征及性能表征,测定其结构、组成和形貌等,并通过氮气吸附脱附、SEM、TEM等测试和观察了多孔g-C_(3)N_(4)的孔结构和形貌。最后以罗丹明B(Rhb)为参照标准,评价了多孔g-C_(3)N_(4)的光催化效果和催化稳定性。经过实验可知,质量比为m(氯化铵)∶m(尿素)=1∶6的条件下得到的多孔g-C_(3)N_(4)才具有最好的光催化活性。
The preparation of porous g-C_(3)N_(4) with different precursors is one of the important means to improve its photocatalytic performance.In this experiment,the porous g-C_(3)N_(4) was calcinated by urea and ammonium chloride at different proportions.The structure and properties of g-C_(3)N_(4) heterojunction were characterized by XRD,FTIR,SEM optical test and photoelectric chemical analysis,and the structure,composition and morphology were determined.The pore structure and morphology of porous g-C_(3)N_(4) were observed by nitrogen adsorption and desorption,SEM and TEM.Finally,the photocatalytic efficiency and stability of porous g-C_(3)N_(4) were evaluated with Rhodamine B(Rhb)as reference standard.After experiments,it can be obtained that the mass ratio is ammonium chloride:urea=1∶6 under the condition of the best photocatalytic activity.
