摘要
对铅酸电池拆解工艺和设备进行大量的研究、设计和实践,以提升铅酸电池拆解的机械化和自动化水平,实现铅酸电池的绿色拆解。针对目前比较主流的铅酸电池拆解工艺和设备,综述不同工艺的优缺点,不同拆解设备的结构组成、功能特点,并且阐述各自应用的优势和劣势,为优化设计更高效、自动化程度更高的铅酸电池拆解设备提供参考。
In order to improve the level of mechanization and automation of lead-acid battery disassembly and realize the green disassembly of lead-acid battery, a lot of research, design and practice on the process and equipment of lead-acid battery disassembly were carried out.Based on the mainstream disassembly process and equipment of lead-acid battery, the advantages and disadvantages of different processes, the equipment structure and function characteristics of different disassembly equipments were reviewed, the respective application of advantages and disadvantages were described, so as to provide reference for optimizing the design of lead-acid battery disassembly equipment with higher efficiency and automation.
