Proficiency Testing of Veterinary Laboratories in Pu’er City,Yunnan Province from 2014 to 2021

摘要 为确保兽医系统实验室检测结果的科学性和准确性,普洱市动物疫病预防控制中心积极组织辖区内兽医系统实验室参与检测能力比对工作。2014-2021年,在全市共开展了44个比对项目检测。比对结果显示:参与检测能力比对的实验室数量由4个增至10个;市级动物疫病预防控制机构实验室、边境动物疫情监测站实验室和县(区)级动物疫病预防控制机构实验室的检测结果平均正确率分别为97.3%、95.7%、95.9%。以上结果表明,普洱市兽医系统实验室以考促建成效明显,整体检测水平较高,能够为动物疫病风险评估及防控体系提供有力支撑。针对现存的HA-HI检测能力薄弱、病原学检测能力不足等问题,建议相关部门培养专业素质强的实验工作人员,加大经费投入力度,加快管理体系建设,以进一步提升兽医系统实验室综合水平。 In order to ensure the scientificity and accuracy of test results obtained by veterinary laboratories,relevant laboratories were organized by Pu’er Center for Animal Disease Prevention and Control to participate in a proficiency testing.From 2014 to 2021,44 comparison projects were implemented in the city.The results showed that the number of involved laboratories increased from 4 to 10;the average accuracy of the test results obtained by the laboratories under animal disease prevention and control institutions at municipal level,border animal disease monitoring points and the laboratories under animal disease prevention and control institutions at county(district) level were 97.3%,95.7% and 95.9%,respectively.In conclusion,the veterinary laboratories,through improving capacity building by examination,had achieved remarkable results with higher level of detection in general,which could support the risk assessment on animal diseases and the system of prevention and control.Considering poor capability for HA-HI test and pathogenic detection and other current shortcomings,relevant authorities were recommended to train laboratory staff with strong professional quality,increase inputs,accelerate to build a management system of veterinary laboratories,with a view to further improving the comprehensive level of veterinary laboratories.
