血液输注对围手术期患者凝血功能的影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨血液输注对围手术期患者凝血功能的影响,为围手术期患者的安全合理用血提供指导依据。方法回顾性分析围手术期接受血液输注治疗的137例患者的临床资料,对比分析患者血液输注前后凝血功能指标[凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)]。结果围手术期患者血液输注前的PT(11.17±6.94)s、TT(14.07±2.54)s、APTT(29.75±4.21)s、FIB(3.57±1.46)g/L与血液输注后的(12.67±6.06)s、(13.44±2.70)s、(29.96±6.23)s、(3.50±1.70)g/L比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论围手术期患者在血液输注前后凝血功能保持较稳定的水平,合理的血液治疗能有效降低凝血功能异常的发生,对患者的预后有积极的作用。 Objective To discuss the effect of blood transfusion on coagulation function in perioperative patients,so as to provide guidance for the safe and rational use of blood in the perioperative period.Methods The clinical data of 137 patients treated with blood transfusion in the perioperative period were retrospectively analyzed,and the coagulation indexes[prothrombin time(PT),prothrombin time(TT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),and fibrinogen(FIB)]were compared and analyzed before and after blood transfusion.Results During the perioperative period,the PT,TT and APTT were(11.17±6.94)s,(14.07±2.54)s and(29.75±4.21)s,FIB(3.57±1.46)g/L before blood transfusion,and the differences were not statistically significant compared with(12.67±6.06)s,(13.44±2.70)s,(29.96±6.23)s,and(3.50±1.70)g/L after blood transfusion(P>0.05).Conclusion Perioperative patients maintain a more stable level of coagulation before and after blood transfusion,and reasonable blood therapy can effectively reduce the occurrence of coagulation abnormalities,which has a positive effect on the prognosis of patients.
