摘要
绩效评价作为教育信息化研究的重要内容备受学界关注。目前形成了建设目的和发展状态两种评价维度。建设目的维度下形成了成本效益观、功能标准观和应用主体评价观三种观点;发展状态维度下形成了条件建设评价观、发展水平评价观和治理绩效评价观三种观点。在研究内容、对象层次和研究方法上都存在明显的集聚现象。研究内容主要集中在评价指标和评价模型上,而基础理论研究相对薄弱;重视基础教育和高等教育的信息化绩效评价,而对职业教育、特殊教育等教育层次关注不够;定性研究方法占据主导地位,缺少实证研究。未来研究需要重视基础理论研究,重视采用数理实证研究方法,开展基于问题域的评价研究,并需要加强评价数据库建设与开放。
As an important part of educational informationization research, performance evaluation has attracted much attention from the academic circles. Presently, there are two evaluation dimensions of construction purpose and development status. Three views have been formed under the construction purpose dimension: the cost-benefit view, the functional standard view and the application subject evaluation view. In the dimension of development state, three viewpoints have been formed: condition construction evaluation, development level evaluation and governance performance evaluation. However, there are obvious clustering phenomena in the research content, object level and research methods. The research mainly focuses on the evaluation index and evaluation model, but ignores the basic theory research. Information performance evaluation of basic education and higher education has been emphasized, while information performance evaluation of vocational education and special education has not been paid enough attention. Qualitative research methods are dominant and lack of empirical and mathematical research. Future research needs to attach importance to basic theoretical research, use empirical and mathematical research methods, carry out evaluation research based on problem domain, and strengthen the construction and opening of evaluation database.
